The Peel Ports Group contacted me to shoot an important cargo for international brewer, Heineken.
Three very large brewing tanks were travelling via ship, from The Port of Liverpool via The Manchester Ship Canal before being unloaded with John Sutch cranes onto special HGV’s at Salford and transported to the Heineken Brewery in Manchester.
My brief was tell the story of their arrival and subsequent unloading in Salford to promote the freight handling capabilities of Peel Ports and the use of their connected facilities at The Port of Liverpool and The Manchester Ship Canal.
A really interesting and challenging shoot in some great Manchester weather, with some spectacular views courtesy of a conveniently placed multi-storey car park!
